By booking a session with Salifa Magnan Photography, you agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms may be updated periodically, and any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website and services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, cash or PayPal. State your best option during the booking process.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Session and Conduct

Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the discretion of the photographer.

The photographer reserves the right to end a session early if clients display inappropriate behavior or fail to follow safety instructions.

5. Image Delivery and Usage

Edited images will be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks of the session via sending a link to the email(s) provided.

Clients may use the delivered images for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission from Salifa Magnan Photography.

The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

Salifa Magnan Photography is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the session.

The photographer is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond their control that may affect the session.

7. Privacy

Salifa Magnan Photography respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By booking a session, you consent to the use of your images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
